Take with meals: low doses – in 1 reception, high – in one or several receptions per day.

Classification and mechanisms

Normalizes the terminal differentiation of cells, inhibits the proliferation of the epithelium of the ducts of the sebaceous glands, the formation of detritus, facilitates its evacuation. It reduces the production and facilitates the secretion of sebum.

Possible side effects

Tretizen 10 Systemic effects On the part of the nervous system and sensory organs: excessive fatigue, headache, increased intracranial pressure (brain pseudotumor: headache, nausea, vomiting, visual impairment, optic nerve edema), seizures, xerophthalmia, individual cases of visual acuity, photophobia, disturbance of dark adaptation (reduction of severity of twilight vision); rarely – depression, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, color perception (disappears after drug withdrawal), lenticular cataract, keratitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, eye irritation, optic neuritis; impaired hearing at certain sound frequencies. On the part of the digestive tract organs: dryness of the oral mucosa, bleeding from the gums, gum inflammation, nausea, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases (colitis, ileitis), bleeding, pancreatitis (especially with concomitant hypertriglyceridemia above 800 mg / dL).
