Classification and mechanisms

Tretizen 10 Systemic effects On the part of the nervous system and sensory organs: excessive fatigue, headache, increased intracranial pressure (brain pseudotumor: headache, nausea, vomiting, visual impairment, optic nerve edema), seizures, xerophthalmia, individual cases of visual acuity, photophobia, disturbance of dark adaptation (reduction of severity of twilight vision); rarely – depression, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, color perception (disappears after drug withdrawal), lenticular cataract, keratitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, eye irritation, optic neuritis; impaired hearing at certain sound frequencies. On the part of the digestive tract organs: dryness of the oral mucosa, bleeding from the gums, gum inflammation, nausea, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases (colitis, ileitis), bleeding, pancreatitis (especially with concomitant hypertriglyceridemia above 800 mg / dL).
